General note
From no. 4 (April 1936) through no. 11 (December 1936), New comics contained a serialized adventure entitled "Maginnis of the Mounties." The title character, Constable Dan Maginnis, was a R.C.M.P. officer sent undercover to investigate the theft of furs. (Information taken from the "Maginnis of the Mounties" entry in the DC mania Web site, available online at https://dcmania.wordpress.com/2011/10/22/maginnis-of-the-mounties/ [accessed 8 January 2017]).
General note
Holdings: [no. 7?] ([August 1936?])
General note
In the absence of the covers, the date of publication and numbering is ambiguous. Documentation accompanying the copy, however, indicates that it is no. 7 (August 1936).
General note
One of several stories in issue. In this episode of the serial, Maginnis and his companion, Yvonne, are bound and left in a burning building.
