Black and white photographs with handwritten captions and colour postcards, presenting Maglaj and the surrounding areas, Bosnia. The time span is from the end of the 19th century through the 1960s. These photographs were purchased by J. Halpern at the Zemaljski Muzej in Župča, Bosnia in 1964: I folder: Doboj, Maglaj, and Žepče, 35 photographs, from Bosnia001 through Bosnia 035; II folder: Maglaj and surrounding areas, 42 photographs, from Bosnia036 through Bosnia 077; III folder: Maglaj and surrounding areas, 33 photographs, from Bosnia078 through Bosnia110; IV folder: Maglaj and surrounding areas, special events: “Duhovi,” weddings, funerals, “vojnik-delegat,” 20 photographs, from Bosnia111 through Bosnia130; V folder: everyday life in Bosnia and Herzegovina, 53 photographs, no dates.
