Administrative files of the Chinook Theatre Society and Fringe Theatre Adventure Society. Administrative files include records from the Board of Directors, fund-raising, financials and other reports. Production files include designs, photographs, Fringe programs, publicity, scripts and archive binders.

Sub-series consists of material created by the Board of the Directors of Fringe Theatres Adventures in their managment and coordination of annual Fringe festivals.

The Chinook Theatre/Fringe Theatre Adventures' records consist of administrative and production files from 1980 through 1995. The administrative records document Board of Directors activities, financial work, site development for various venues, correspondence, and commercial and cultural impact studies. The production records document script development, design and technical production work. In addition both Chinook and Fringe Theatres maintained scrapbooks or archives binders documenting their seasons. There are also a certain amount of school tour production records from Chinook Theatre tours. The records are predominantly textual with some original graphic design, prints, and photographs.
