Troops Shorncliffe, to Secure Efficiency in all Respects of the C.E.F. in England” Topics discussed in report include: Reinforcements from Canada; Training of Canadian Troops in England, and Reinforcements to France, Training in Canada, Canadian Military School, Casualties, Discipline, and General Supervision. An addendum to two of the reports were Steele’s recommendations in regard to the re-organization of the Canadian Expeditionary Force, and further notes related to his concerns while serving as G.O.C.
