"What Are FAFs? FAFs were established in 1995, when the federal government changed the CWB pooling basis points. As such, FAFs may change from year to year with the variations in the CWB's overall sales program. ... FAFs are updated yearly to reflect expected production, market factors and port shipping capacities. FAFs remain constant during the crop year."
