The Memorandum of Mortgage outlines in detail the lands to which Donald James McFadden is entitled to be registered as the owner of, in consideration of the sum of the mortgage. The agreement is signed by Donald J. McFadden and his wife Margaret McFadden and witnessed by Murray Keith Mitchell, Barrister-at-Law.

Per the terms of the Extension Agreement, Chester McFadden is required to pay off the remainder of the mortgage loan "In Twenty (20) annual consecutive instalments ... commencing November 1st, 1942" after which the mortgage will be void.

[Brandon Land Titles Office]" ["Parcel A"], of which the Vendor agrees to sell all of "that portion of Parcel A required by the Province for the purpose of Public Road being 0.33 acres more or less ... at $150.00 per acre".
