Donald McFadden's First Mortgage (R.P.A.) [Real Property Act] instrument with the Farm Credit Corporation (FCC), including two Certificates of Charge issued by the District Registrar of the Brandon Land Titles Office and a Memorandum of Mortgage under the Real Property Act.

The Memorandum of Mortgage outlines in detail the lands to which Donald James McFadden is entitled to be registered as the owner of, in consideration of the sum of the mortgage. The agreement is signed by Donald J. McFadden and his wife Margaret McFadden and witnessed by Murray Keith Mitchell, Barrister-at-Law.

Envelope containing one Statement of Arrears issued by the Canadian Farm Loan Board regarding Chester McFadden's mortgage loan as at 31 March 1936, and one Extension Agreement between Chester McFadden and the Canadian Farm Loan Board regarding the same mortgage loan dated 19 January 1942. Per the terms of the Extension Agreement, Chester McFadden is required to pay off the remainder of the mortgage loan "In Twenty (20) annual consecutive instalments ... commencing November 1st, 1942" after which the mortgage will be void.

Envelope containing 1 typed letter addressed to Mr. & Mrs. Chester James McFadden (Margaret) and Eileen May McFadden from the Manitoba Department of Public Works Land Acquisition Branch regarding and enclosing 1 triplicate copy of the Agreement of Sale made between Chester James McFadden and the Province dated 28 February 1966. Additionally contains the mentioned copy of the Agreement of Sale.

The subject of the Agreement of the Sale is "Part of the South West Quarter of Section Nineteen in Township Twelve and Range Twenty [SW ¼ 19-12-20], West of the Principal Meridian, in Manitoba, as same is more particularly described in Certificate of Title No. 76421, B.L.T.O. [Brandon Land Titles Office]" ["Parcel A"], of which the Vendor agrees to sell all of "that portion of Parcel A required by the Province for the purpose of Public Road being 0.33 acres more or less ... at $150.00 per acre".
