Accession consists of Faculty of Medicine photographs and memorabilia collected by Elise Corbet for her research. The photographs depict interns at Misericordia Hospital, Dr. T. J. Agnew, John R. Collip, John B. Collip, James B. Collip, doctors at the University of Alberta Hospital, the Clinical Sciences Building, and the Walter C. Mackenzie Health Sciences Centre. The accession also contains a Med Nite program and a letter from J. H. Riopel to Dr. L. Orr.

The contents of the accession reflect Ellen Schoeck’s research process during the creation of her book Taking Care, as well as her experience as Director of the University Secretariat, a position through which she served a number of University presidents over a period of 28 years, including Myer Horowitz. Textual records consist of Schoeck’s research materials for Taking Care, and include photocopies of articles, yearbook pages, and reports, as well as interviews and other documents related to campus housing and alumni from the 1950s until present. Photographs and film negatives are from Schoeck’s time as Director of the University Secretariat, and are arranged chronologically according to the University president in office at the time, illustrating the experience working in the senior administration office through various presidencies.

Accession consists of photographs of student and campus life at the University of Alberta, including the Garneau district and sports. The photographs depict aerial views of campus, buildings on campus, North Garneau, staff, students, and other subjects.

Accession consists of framed photos and drawings from Harold Orr's office, depicting the University of Toronto Medical Athletic Association (1909-1910), the U of T Faculty of Medicine (1911), the University of Alberta Medical Building, various doctors and professors, Harold Orr's U of T graduation photo (1911), and other subjects.

Other materials included were removed and added to Biographical Files and the Buildings Files. These materials were "Some reflections on Computing and Computing Science at the University of Alberta" by Keith Smillie, as well as various notes and photocopies on the topics of Education Car Park (1983), South Field (1989), Stadium (1969/1988), and Windsor (1971-1988).
