The index contains three sections which are titled “ Streets,” "Specials," and "Blocks" and various addresses are listed in each.

The seller's information ["D. J. McFadden, Rivers, Manitoba"] is recorded as a stamp on the front cover of the receipt book.

Some receipts contain short handwritten notes providing additional context on poultry orders and deliveries.

The Christmas card is titled “Presenting ‘Good Night Irene’ in 3 Acts Featuring Cam Burke.” When the card is unfolded to a half fold, the panel on the left side features Act I and depicts a grey composite image of the face of Cameron Burke over a cartoon image of someone driving a car in the country. Some of the lyrics of the song “Goodnight Irene” are written at the top of the panel. The Act II panel on the right side depicts a grey composite image of the face of Cameron Burke over a cartoon image of a person dressed in a suit driving a car in the city. The next line of lyrics from “Goodnight Irene” are written at the top of the panel. Once the card is fully unfolded there is a cartoon image of Cam Burke standing in front of the Alexandra Hotel and the text reads “Merry Christmas… Happy New Year” along with the final lyric from “Goodnight Irene.”

The handbook was issued exclusively under copyright for The Brunswick-Balke-Collender Co. of Canada, Limited, a company that manufactured various goods. The company had offices in Toronto, Montreal, Winnipeg, Vancouver, and Calgary. The handbook lists various total averages depending on the number of games played up to 90 games. The final pages of the handbook include blank team schedules for varying numbers of teams. The price of the handbook is listed as 75 cents.

A collection of 18 assorted postcards all addressed to Mrs. G. A. [Lulu] Dyker, sent between 4 May 1947 and 14 Oct 1960. 1 postcard [date unclear] was sent before 1946.

10 postcards were sent by Mrs. G. A. Dyker's son Hedley "Hed" Dyker; an additional 4 postcards were written and sent jointly by Hedley and his sister Jean during a visit to Edmonton. Of the remaining 4 postcards, 2 were sent by an Olga O'Neail; 1 was sent by her daughter, Margaret "Marg" McFadden née Dyker; and 1 was signed simply "Della". The brief correspondence largely addresses travel, including the senders' arrival and departure to and from various locations and what they have done or will do there; short life and work updates; and general greetings and well-wishes.

Images include buildings in Calgary and Edmonton (Alta.), bridges in Edmonton and Vancouver (B.C), landscapes and scenery (mountains, lakes, and rivers) in Banff and Jasper (Alta.), and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police [RCMP].

A mix of scenic photos and portraits. Several notable locations in the Rocky Mountains are photographed such as Mt. Rundle, Lake Louise, Mt. Edith Cavell, and Athabasca Falls.

The first certificate is No. 757 from the Alberta Pacific Oil Company Limited and the registered office location is listed as Calgary, Alberta. The certificate indicates that McRobbie purchased 20 one-dollar share. The certificate was signed on June 1, 1914, by the secretary and the president of the company. On the back of the certificate is a confirmation section for the number of shares purchased, and a blank transfer of shares notice. The second certificate is No. 8930 from the Prudential Oil and Gas Company and the head office location is listed as Calgary, Alberta. The certificate indicates that McRobbie purchased 25 one-dollar shares in the company. This certificate was signed on June 4, 1914, by the secretary and the president of the company. The back of this certificate is identical to the back of the other.

The purpose of the essay is to document and highlight the contributions made by the United Church of Canada to various communities in southern Saskatchewan. The author gathered information from numerous different sources about the United Church of Canada and also provided information on southern Saskatchewan's historical and economic background.

A brochure about the history of Fort Calgary and the North-West Mounted Police. The brochure includes information a great deal of information about Captain Richard Burton Deane, the commanding officer of the N.W.M.P. Calgary detachment from 1906 to 1914, as well as some colour illustrations of the inside and outside of the Deane House. The printed pages inside the file folder contain various pieces of information about the Calgary N.W.M.P. The file folder, which was printed by the Fort Calgary Preservation Society, has a B&W photograph of a line of N.W.M.P. officers that wraps around the folder. The brochure and the file folder were developed with the assistance of NOVA, An Alberta Corporation, Alberta Culture, and the Junior League of Calgary. The photographs from both are courtesy of the Glenbow Alberta Institute.

Two handwritten letters from Charles French to his wife and children. The first letter dated May 29th, 1907, was sent from Calgary, Alberta, and was written on Grand Central Hotel stationery. Charles French writes about the current state of Calgary and opportunities for making money there. He describes Calgary in a favourable light. The second letter dated May 30th, 1907, was sent from Edmonton, Alberta, and was written on The Hotel Cecil stationery. In this letter, he writes that he does not like the area at all and does not think he will stay there. The third letter, which is typed on C.A. French & Sons Grain, Flour, Coal, and Mill Feeds stationery, is written to Charles French from one of his sons, H.G. French. The letter informs Charles that he must purchase more corn. The last item is a business card for Charles A. French in Bellmont, Illinois.

The album largely consists of B&W photographs of hydroelectric dams and power plants in the Canadian Rockies, particularly Banff, Kananaskis Country, Seebe, Ghost River, and the Horseshoe Dam. Of particular note are approximately 24 photographs showing the aftermath of the fire that destroyed the Horseshoe plant in 1940 and approximately 20 photographs showing the construction of the Ghost Hydroelectric Dam.

The album also contains some personal photographs, including landscapes, wildlife, Boy Scout and Cub Scout events, houses, family portraits, children, Indigenous people in Banff, and photographs commemorating trips taken in Western Canada and the United States.

Inside the program is a list of all the participating cars, their names, owners, drivers, horsepower, the time it takes to start, and a blank column for their race time.
