The press release, titled "Canada's Canola Industry Sets Bold New Targets for 2025", outlines the contents of the strategic plan and the canola industry's three priorities for reaching the targets.

Priorities include:
Priority 1: Sustainable, Reliable Supply - "Sustainably and profitably increase annual canola production in Canada to meet global demand for 26 million tonnes of Canadian canola by increasing yield to an average of 52 bushels per acre. Improve quality characteristics of seed, oil and meal to meet new and existing customer requirements".
Priority 2: Differentiated Value in the Marketplace - "Meet global demand of 26 million tonnes by differentiating and demonstrating the quality characteristics of seed, oil and meal to meet new and existing customer requirements at a competitive price."

A collection of meeting minutes from the Manitoba Turkey Producers’ Marketing Board annual meetings. There is one minutes document for each year from 1970 to 1989. The majority of the meetings were held at the International Inn in Winnipeg, Manitoba, although several were also held at the Niakwa Motor Hotel and the Ramada Inn in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Each document lists the date and location of the meeting and provides details about the topics discussed. Several of the minutes documents include appendices. At each meeting elections for district representatives took place and were recorded in the minutes. Some of the other discussion topics for the meetings included national marketing, auditor reports, reports from the chairman, interactions with the Canada Department of Agriculture, fire insurance, budgets, by-laws, and producer board reports.

The first page of the guide outlines eight steps describing how to use the worksheet. The booklet includes information about tractor rental rates, combine rental and custom rates, and combine separating areas. There are three information tables on pages 6 to 11 which list various farm machinery. The tables contain numerous blank cells for calculations. The back cover page of the booklet lists numerous metric conversion factors.

A pamphlet titled “The Canadian Wheat Board Producer’s Pamphlet: Your Permit Application and Details of the Quota System” for the crop year 1986 to 1987. Part one of the pamphlet provides an outline of quota policies for various agricultural crops such as wheat, oats and barley, non-board grains and selected grains. The pamphlet also provides information about changing quota acres, deliveries to purchase seed, and gristing for family use. Part two of the pamphlet outlines ways that producers can apply for a delivery permit. There are ten application steps listed and descriptions for each. The final page of the pamphlet is a permit book application worksheet that has been filled out by Donald J. McFadden. There is a handwritten note at the bottom of the page indicating that the worksheet was filled out at [Cargill] on July 7, 1986.

On the back page of the newsletter, there is a mailing address sticker addressed to Mrs Margaret McFadden in Rivers, Manitoba.
