A program for the Thanksgiving service in celebration of the first anniversary of the Social Credit Party victory. The service was held on August 23rd, 1936 in Victory Park, Calgary. The program outlines the order of service which includes several hymns, prayers, and anthems. Several of the songs and their lyrics are listed on the other page. On the back of the program, there are four portrait photographs of Calgary Social Credit M.L.A.s. The program was published by Albertan Publishers Limited.

The book includes various portraits and short biographies of members of the council. The book also includes group photographs of various labourer groups and short reports about each group, as well as various advertisements for local businesses. The book was published by the Calgary Trades and Labour Council and printed by the Typographical Union Label company in Calgary, Alberta.

Two certificates for oil company shares belonging to J. J. McRobbie. The first certificate is No. 757 from the Alberta Pacific Oil Company Limited and the registered office location is listed as Calgary, Alberta. The certificate indicates that McRobbie purchased 20 one-dollar share. The certificate was signed on June 1, 1914, by the secretary and the president of the company. On the back of the certificate is a confirmation section for the number of shares purchased, and a blank transfer of shares notice. The second certificate is No. 8930 from the Prudential Oil and Gas Company and the head office location is listed as Calgary, Alberta. The certificate indicates that McRobbie purchased 25 one-dollar shares in the company. This certificate was signed on June 4, 1914, by the secretary and the president of the company. The back of this certificate is identical to the back of the other.

Consists of hand-written standing orders for Steele's Scouts; dictated memo from [G.H.] Dale, Brigade Major, and a post-script which reads: "In compliance with your request [Steele's] - I send you all these Memo books. They recall old times but little else, except a heartfelt God bless you & may we be together when the Trumpet calls - Yours ever, J.K. Oswald 11 6 94".

A nominal troop roll is recorded at the back of the book.
