The program outlines the order of service which includes several hymns, prayers, and anthems. Several of the songs and their lyrics are listed on the other page. On the back of the program, there are four portrait photographs of Calgary Social Credit M.L.A.s. The program was published by Albertan Publishers Limited.

The book includes various portraits and short biographies of members of the council. The book also includes group photographs of various labourer groups and short reports about each group, as well as various advertisements for local businesses. The book was published by the Calgary Trades and Labour Council and printed by the Typographical Union Label company in Calgary, Alberta.
