The records consist of administrative, production and play development records. There are eleven series in this fonds: Administration, Development, Finanical Records, Fundraising, Production Records, Publicity, Subscription, Miscellaneous, Contracts, Oversized Items, Photogrphs. While the bulk of the records are textual, the fonds also contains production photographs, set designs, promotional materials, and posters. The files in this accession are arranged in chronological order within the separate series beginning with the administrative files. The fonds also contains the University of Alberta’s Drama 681 course materials, resumes, diaries and weekly reports by artistic director Gerry Potter from 1981 to 1992.

The local dealer information is stamped on the back cover and reads "G. A. Odell, Queen St., Petrolia, Ont."

A bound copy of two volumes of the Canadian Rusyn publication, printed in Ukrainian. When translated the English, the title of each publication is “Calendar.”The first volume was published in 1918 and the second volume was published in 1919. The covers and binding appear handmade from hide. The two volumes when translated to English contain articles about current events and cultural events relevant to the Ukrainian settlers in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Throughout the volumes, there are multiple illustrations and photographs. The volumes also include several advertisements for local companies.

The personal diary of F. W. Stevenson, a farmer in southern Manitoba, for the year of 1981. Possibly a Christmas gift, the book is dated December 25, 1980 on the inside of the front cover. The first pages contain information for the year including calendars, holidays, eclipses, and moon phases, as well as quick reference information including rates of postage, interest tables, foreign currency exchange values, and a "Table of Wages by the Week." Diary entries are primarily reporting on Stevenson's daily farming activities. Every page has a set of unknown measurements recorded along the top edge. Among the notes on the endpapers is a list of food words (bread, rice, apples, etc.) in the Sioux language "from Mrs. Wabadiska."

The paper contains information on various Church of England higher educational institutes and endeavours in the Canadian prairies prior to 1914, specifically "John West's Red River School", "St. John's College, Winnipeg", "Emmanuel College, Prince Albert", "St. John's College, Qu'Appelle Station", "St. Hilda's and Bishop Pinkham Colleges, Calgary", and "St. Aidan's College and Hostel, Edmonton".

After the title pages there is a General Key Plan page with a sticker adhered to it indicating that particular sheet has been cancelled and to refer to the new general key instead. On the first cover page, there is a note indicating that the plan was made by The Western Canada Insurance Underwriters’ Association in Winnipeg, Manitoba. On the second cover page, there is a note indicating the plan was made in Canada by the Underwriters’ Survey Bureau. This particular plan is listed as Copy No. 42 and was issued to St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company. The first cover page mentioned appears to be an addition to the plan from a previous plan. Each page of the detail sheets displays various streets and buildings in the city of Edmonton and the colour of each building indicates the type of construction material used for that particular building. This plan consists primarily of residential areas on the North side of the North Saskatchewan River.

A souvenir photobook published by the Royal Visit Pictorial Review, containing captioned B&W prints of 39 photographs taken by Alfred Blyth during the Alberta stops of the 1939 Royal Visit of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, to Canada.

Included photographs depict the King and Queen's arrival on the Royal Train, their attendance at various public ceremonies and events, large waiting crowds, royal automobiles and motorcades, and many other moments from the Royal Visit, such as the Queen accepting a bouquet of roses from a child, the King and Queen meeting with disabled veterans, the King and Queen visiting the Banff Springs Hotel in informal attire, etc.

It will be a symphony of farm and city, of wheat and oil, of industry and art, and of people from many lands and with many faiths."

A promotional brochure addressed specifically to churches and religious organizations in Saskatchewan regarding the upcoming Saskatchewan Golden Jubilee in 1955, describing the objectives of the celebration and its program, and requesting that all Saskatchewan churches and religious groups participate by observing a provincial day of prayer on 17 July 1955. The pamphlet also suggests compiling a local history, encouraging former church members to plan a family homecoming, or working with a community program as a way to "swell the Jubilee hosannah".

Two copies of a farewell letter addressed to Alfred Dufresne, D.V.S., from the people of the town of Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan. The first copy of the letter is written in English and the second copy of the letter is written in French. The letters were written on August 27, 1918. From the contents of the letters, the citizens of the town gathered together to honour Alfred Dufresne as a citizen and friend and wish him farewell before he departed the town for service on the battlefield during World War I. Each letter has a copper seal laid over a multicoloured ribbon in the bottom left corners and also has blank brown leaflets of the same size attached to the back of the letters.
