- An official circular, dated Aug. 20, 1919, on a special action taken by the Brotherhood's 28th convention, to provide a war-related waiver, allowing members a longer period to apply for changes to their beneficiary status.
- An official circular, dated Dec. 23, 1920, issued by the Brotherhood's Office of the President. The circular details and discusses recent changes to the organization's constitution, to accomodate member furloughed from work because of economic downturn.
- A letter, dated Dec. 24, 1920, and addressed to the Bortherhoods of Locomotive Engineers and Railroad Trainmen, in addition to that of the Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen, from the respective heads of these organizations, which forewarns against activities by the International Workers of the World.
