Без названияThe Reta Rowan fonds covers the years from 1940 to 1971. The material consists of correspondence, minutes, briefs, reports, publications, periodicals, newspapers, drawings, print and negative photographs. The books in the Reta Rowan fonds were listed on a separate inventory in 1977. Originally, the majority of the files were arranged in chronological order under the society's or association's title, while the remainder were filed by the organization's name or by subject, or left unlabelled. Mrs. Rowan's arrangement has been followed where possible but all unlabelled or loose files have been placed in the proper year or provided with a subject title.

Forms, labelled as coming from Canadian Government Railways Transcona Longe No. 813, related to remittance of fees assessed from members. Each form has four parts:
- A small area which totals fees, collected from local members, that are to be remitted back to head office
- A table for tallying up back assessments due from members who were previously expelled, but rejoined
- A table for listing members no longer liable for assessments.
- A list of members of the lodge.
In addition, enclosed with a number of the forms are receipts for funds remitted by the lodge to head office.
Hardcover notebook of about 200 pages, containing typed text being only the blank registration form categories, no additional data.
This collection contains documents and materials produced or used by Canadian Pacific Railway Unions - in particular, Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen - in Winnipeg between 1898 and 1968. The collection includes financial records, meeting minutes and logbooks, administrative documentation such as application forms, and cirulars and correspondence.
Contains details of finanical accounts for the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen, ennumerating deposits, expenses, and account balances. Each entry is accompanied by the date of the transaction.
