The outer edge of the bottom panel of the card is divided into 14 segments captioned "Vessel GRT" [Gross Register Tonnage], starting at 10,000 and increasing by 10,000 per segment, up to 140,000 Vessel GRT. Two small windows cut into the rotating top panel of the card reveal the dollar amount of Harbour Dues at each Discount rate ["Basic $.094 / GRT"; "Bronze $.072 / GRT"; "Silver $.061 / GRT"; "Gold $.050 / GRT"] for each "Vessel GRT" segment, and the total dollar amount saved at each Discount rate ["Bronze"; "Silver"; "Gold"].

The card additionally lists "Typical Options for Discount" at each level, including Bronze - "Vapour Control"; Silver - "Fuel Sulphur ≤ 0.5%"; and Gold - "Fuel Sulphur ≤ 0.1%, Shore Power".

One side consists of a map of the Greater Vancouver Area that indicates container handling facilities, and a list of automobile, bulk, container, and cruise terminals. The other side contains smaller maps of the Pacific Rim and North America, photographs, and more specific information about Port Metro with topics including sustainability, economics, community, and an overview.

A set of stamp sheets from the 2012 Alberta Youth Stamp Design Contest. The first page is a letter from the project manager of the context, John Attrell, addressed to the sponsors of the Edmonton Stamp Club in Edmonton, Alberta. The letter states that the souvenir package of stamps included is a gift of appreciation for the recipient’s support. The package includes the genuine stamps themselves along with printed pages that are nearly identical to the stamp pages. There are four stamp designs in total.

An insurance plan of the city of Calgary, Alberta from June 1955, which was partially revised in June 1972. This particular plan is marked as Vol. 8. The plan consists of a master title page which includes a key of signs and 26 detail sheets of the city. On the cover of the plan, there is a note indicating that the plan was made by and is the property of the Canadian Underwriters’ Association in Toronto, Ontario. The copyright for the plan is registered in Ottawa, Ontario. No copy number or issue recipient is listed. Each page of the detail sheets displays various streets and buildings in the city of Calgary and the colour of each building indicates the type of construction material used for that particular building. This particular plan features numerous residential neighbourhoods.

A collection of meeting minutes from the Manitoba Turkey Producers’ Marketing Board annual meetings. There is one minutes document for each year from 1970 to 1989. The majority of the meetings were held at the International Inn in Winnipeg, Manitoba, although several were also held at the Niakwa Motor Hotel and the Ramada Inn in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Each document lists the date and location of the meeting and provides details about the topics discussed. Several of the minutes documents include appendices. At each meeting elections for district representatives took place and were recorded in the minutes. Some of the other discussion topics for the meetings included national marketing, auditor reports, reports from the chairman, interactions with the Canada Department of Agriculture, fire insurance, budgets, by-laws, and producer board reports.

A 40 year reunion commemorative graduate list from the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Manitoba for the classes of 1948-1950. The event took place on June 7-8, 1989 at Hecla Island, Manitoba. Consists primarily of an extensive list of agricultural graduates (Aggies) and includes their current home addresses, wives' maiden names, occupations since graduation, expected retirement date, etc. Several names throughout the booklet have been circled, some with dates written beside them. "Don McFadden" is written in the top right corner of the front cover.

A guide and worksheet booklet titled “Rental and Custom Charges for Farm Machinery” published by the Manitoba Department of Agriculture in 1988. The booklet is marked as AGDEX 740. The first page of the guide outlines eight steps describing how to use the worksheet. The booklet includes information about tractor rental rates, combine rental and custom rates, and combine separating areas. There are three information tables on pages 6 to 11 which list various farm machinery. The tables contain numerous blank cells for calculations. The back cover page of the booklet lists numerous metric conversion factors.

Johnson and Mrs. Johnson on Wednesday, June 15, 1988 in the Regency Ballroom of the Hotel Saskatchewan in Regina. The other reads "This will authorize Cpl. A. D. Boey to drive my car." and is signed by C. Irwin McIntosh, Lieutenant Governor.

A farm account book produced by Chester McFadden for his farm in Rivers, Manitoba for the years 1984 to 1986. There is an index on the first page and the rest of the account book is divided into various sections which are written at the top of each page such as Royal Bank, Certificates, Groceries, Insurances, Misc. Income, and many others. In each section, there are handwritten notes and calculations about purchases for each category or income for the farm. There are numerous loose-leaf notes, receipts, and papers placed between pages throughout the account book. Near the back of the account book, there are eight pages of names and the majority have addresses listed beside them.

The majority of the documents are divided into two parts. Part I outlines debits to Donald J. McFadden for transactions involving grain, labour, and miscellaneous items. Part II outlines credits to Donald J. McFadden for transactions involving labour, seed, fertilizer, and chemicals. At the end of the majority of the documents, there is a summary of the transactions and the balance that is either owed or needs to be acquired. As the years progress the documents also include cost calculations for the use of specific agricultural machinery.

Donald J. McFadden's filled-in annual line-of-credit applications to the Royal Bank of Canada from 1972-1982. The booklet from 1979 is a photocopy. The front covers contain personal and family information such as applicant's name, address, wife's name, ages of sons (1972-1979) or children (1980-1982) living at home, "Directions from Branch to Farm," etc. Inside the booklets are colour-coded and divided into four sections; "Statement of Affairs," "Operating Budget," "Cash Flow Projection," and "Debt Servicing Worksheet." All sections have been filled out by hand in pencil, with occasional supplmenting documents attached. Starting in 1977, the back of the booklets include a conversion chart, showing metric to imperial and back of various measurements, and bushel to tonne and back of various crops. A detached page contains additional financial information for the year of 1973.

On the cover of the plan, there is a note indicating that the plan was made by and is the property of the Canadian Underwriters’ Association in Toronto, Ontario. The copyright for the plan is registered in Ottawa. No copy number or issue recipient is listed. Each page of the detail sheets displays various streets and buildings in the city of Lloydminster and the colour of each building indicates the type of construction material used for that particular building.
