A typewritten letter sent to Marie Steele from Frank Oliver in Ottawa, and forwarded to SBS, re: Police Pension Bill.

Attached wedding invitation enclosed in a letter to SBS from Marie dated August 3rd, 1902. The invitation is from Captain J. O'Donnell of S.A.C. inviting SBS to the wedding of his daughter Mabel to Captain J. Sholto Douglas, also of S.A.C.

A bound note book, stamped with gold lettering: "Daily Journal 1892 N.W.M.P.". Only a few entries in journal; appear to be listings of house-hold good (dishes, pictures, linens, etc.) Perhaps maintained by Marie Steele.
