BC - Photographs

1914-1997: 7 photographs, sepia, black and white, coloured, varying sizes. One photo is of the cenotaph of Major S. Leitch, 'Frontiersman', Winnipeg. The rest are from BC.
c. 1910-73: 14 8 x 10 prints in black and white, sepia, and colour. Descriptions are on back of photos, with a few handwritten sheets. Subjects include Vancouver, East Africa, BC, Belgian Lancers.

BW Shandro

The archives consist of material compiled for Shandro's research purposes, including correspondence, other notes and textual material, various Legion publications dating back to the 1930s, photographs, artwork, and ephemera. Some items (Series 1, Folder 4; Folder 35; Series 2, Gazettes) contain French text. While some of the material relates to other commands, the bulk of the collection pertains to Canadian divisions of the Legion.

Canadian Frontiersman

Incomplete holdings from 1946 though 1993. Published at Dominion Headquarters Edmonton, Alberta though to August 1964 (vol. 34, no. 3). Published in Regina, Saskatchewan October 1964 (vol. 34, no.4). "Reaching all Frontiersmen in the Canadian Division".

Printed notice to all Legion Commands, Divisions, and Affiliated Commands and Units drawing attention to a Fraudulent group calling itself the "Independent Manchester Unit" and clarifying that they are in no way affiliated with the Legion.

Two dinner menus titled: Dinner in honor of Commander Roger Pocock..." given by the Adventurers Club of Los Angeles, California, August 29th, 1923. Both menus have a written message on the back covers by [?] Russell.
