              Sheet music titled “Greensleeves for Iona” which was arranged with a new introduction by Robert Fink in 1976. The music is for piano and voice, or piano, organ, and a solo instrument of any kind. The cover of the sheet music, which says “Some New Old Music,” depicts a garden scene and a child pointing a hose at the reader. The cover art is done in green pencil. The music is copyrighted by Greenwich-Meridian and is from Allegra’s Mews Gallery in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

              A booklet titled “Insect Pests and Diseases of Rape and Mustard” published by the Rapeseed Association of Canada in November 1977 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The booklet was prepared by Dr L. Burgess, Dr J. Dueck, Dr G.A. Petrie, and L.G. Putnam from the Agriculture Canada Research Station in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The booklet is an updated version of the booklet of the same name from 1972 and provides information about the various insects and diseases that can affect rapeseed and mustard plants at all stages of growth. Each insect and disease is described and accompanied by a colour photograph. The booklet also provides solutions for mitigating or preventing these pests. There are several updates from the previous booklet to include more insects and diseases.

Includes a set of punched Esso credit card receipt stubs which have been stamped "PAID" by the Royal Bank of Canada. Three of the stubs are marked with the slogan "Put a Tiger in your Tank."

              A letter from John Mitchell, Professor of Soils at the University of Saskatchewan to Don McFadden, dated July 20, 1951. It contains the results of an analysis on three soil samples, the most important of which, according to Prof. Mitchell, are the clay texture and the presence of free lime, as well as his suggestions on how to make the soil more productive. The letter includes a personal note at the bottom about a recent trip and a violin gift from Uncle Bill. The attached second page contains the analysis results in numerical values.

The diagram is formed in the shape of a grain elevator and when the diagram is opened, the inside workings and mechanisms of a grain elevator are colourized and labelled. Also inside the diagram is a short description of how a wheat elevator functions and lists notable highlights of the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool. The diagram was created for the Saskatchewan Centennial in 2005.

              Two year books from "S.N.S." (Saskatoon Normal School) for the school years of 1925-1926 and 1946-1947. They both include composite photographs of graduating students, writing samples and poetry, yearbook staff lists, athletics reports, editorials, and messages from the principal. The 1925-1926 copy has the inscription "Margaret M. Rennie, Room A. S.N.S." on the first page, many handwritten signitures under "Autographs" on pages 56-57, and the signature of orchestra conductor Mrs. Helen Davies Sherry on page 115. The 1946-1947 copy has two newspaper clippings attached to the inside of the front cover reporting on the death of Dr. Frederick James Gathercole, one being from the Leader-Post of Regina, Saskatchewan and dated Tuesday, December 28, 1993. Another clipping on the funeral service for Mrs. E. J. Ouellette is taped to page 34, and an obituary for Michael Joseph Schafer is taped to page 65 underneath his portrait, dated 1947. A retirement notice for Roy Lockert, also clipped from the Leader-Post and dated Friday, July 4, 1980, is attached to page 101. Pages 102-104 contain various other materials taped in including graduation programs, a red heart-shaped autograph book with signatures, and a typed memo on the decision of the Saskatoon Normal School Student's Assembly during their executive meeting on Tuesday, June 17, 1947 to "allot a sum of $50 to the next assembly for the buying of a radio." It also includes advertisements for local businesses.

              A yearbook for the year 1940 titled “The Light” for the Provincial Normal School in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. At the beginning of the yearbook, there is a message from the Honourable J.W. Estey, the Minister of Education of Saskatchewan and the principal of the school, Mr. C.P. Seeley. The portrait photographs of the graduates are placed vertically on each page and for each graduate there is a short corresponding poem about their school experiences or character. There are various handwritten annotations next to many of the portraits such as married names or if they are now deceased. There are also yearbook pages devoted to different clubs and their members. The final pages of the yearbook contain numerous handwritten signatures. The yearbook includes numerous advertisements for local businesses.

              A 1988 calendar titled “Reflections” commemorating the 75th anniversary of the Saskatoon Public Library. On the cover is a photograph of the Broadway Bridge under construction in 1932. The calendar includes an introduction section that outlines a brief history of the library. The library board was appointed by City Council in late 1912 but a reading room was not open to the public until May 1913. The calendar portion of the booklet has B&W photographs on the right side pages and each calendar week on the left side pages. The photographs depict various buildings, moments, and events of Saskatoon’s history. The final pages of the booklet include an index of all the photographs, listing the year they were taken and the subject.

The pamphlet and poster provide information about the herbicide in the form of a Q&A and also provide usage instructions. The year “1977” is written on the front of the brochure.

The brochure states that the company was founded in 1882 in Winnipeg, Manitoba and expanded to cities such as Saskatoon, Regina, Swift Current, Moose Jaw, Calgary, Lethbridge, Edmonton, Red Deer, and Grande Prairie. The brochure consists of various profiles of employees of the company and information about the different establishments in different cities.
              Also includes an envelope for the brochure with a blue shield-shaped logo that says "Royal Shield Brand of Goods 50 Years."

              Two drawings that are done in the same style. The first drawing is a print that depicts either a mother or a governess with two children playing around her. It is captioned “In the Nursery.” The second drawing is a print that depicts the London Bridge and various industrial activities taking place around it. It is captioned “London Bridge.” The stamps on the backs of the drawings indicate that the originals are circa 1860. The stamp on the drawing of the nursery mentions that the artist is unknown. No mention is made of any artist on the drawing of London Bridge either. Both stamps specify that the prints are reproduced from the collection in Allegra’s Mews Gallery in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

              "Sclerotinia stem rot, also known as white mould, is one of the most devastating diseases in canola production. Sclerotinia is usually most severe in the higher moisture areas of the Prairies. But with the right combinations of adequate moisture and susceptible host, heavy infections can develop almost anywhere."

              "What Are FAFs? FAFs were established in 1995, when the federal government changed the CWB pooling basis points. FAFs are an adjustment to wheat, durum wheat and barley freight costs based on where farmers deliver and the destination of their grain. As such, FAFs may change from year to year, with the variations in the CWB's overall sales program. ... FAFs are updated yearly to reflect expected production, market factors and port shipping capacities. FAFs may also change during the crop year to reflect changes in freight rates."

The collection includes documents such as “Manitoba’s Comments on the Canadian Turkey Marketing Agency,” veterinary reports, quota allocation formulas, bundles of correspondence, “What Farmers Should Known About Bill C-176,” news reports, a draft of “Overview Paper in Economic Intervention and Regulation in Canadian Agriculture,” and several others. The collection also includes two newspaper clippings. One article details a farm policy, and the other is titled “Farm setup under attack.” The name D.J. McFadden" is handwritten in pencil on one of the documents.

              A pamphlet titled “The Romance of Co-operative Achievement” by George W. Robertson, the secretary of the Saskatchewan Co-operative Wheat Producers Limited. This pamphlet is No. 6 in a series of pamphlets meant to give a wider distribution to lectures delivered at the Co-operative School in June 1929 at the University of Saskatchewan. This particular lecture makes the case for a “well-rounded economic program of co-operative enterprise” for several branches of farm life in Saskatchewan and not solely wheat production.

              Three issues of Crosscurrents, Robert Fink’s publication that discusses local, national and international issues. Issue No. 4 was published on December 1st, 1975 and mainly discusses issues with U.I.C. or Welfare cutting off people’s benefits if they don’t want to work in a job that feels demeaning. Issue No. 5 was published on January 1st, 1975 (either the numbers or the dates were written in error) and discusses art galleries and their exclusionary methods for collection curation. Issue No. 9 was published in March 1976 and discusses the City of Saskatoon’s plans to make the city more appealing for businesses and corporations, and Fink argues that the city never prioritizes attracting artists, poets, culture, musicians, or youth.

The booklet is listed as Publication No. 18 and was prepared by L.G. Putnam, Dr G.A. Petrie, and Dr H. McDonald from the Department of Agriculture Research Station in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The booklet provides information about the various insects and diseases that can affect rapeseed and mustard plants at all stages of growth. Each insect and disease is described and accompanied by a colour photograph. The booklet also provides solutions for mitigating or preventing these pests.

Fisher from London, Ontario purchased land in the city of Saskatoon. The registrar of the Saskatoon Land Registration District signed the certificate of sale on August 22, 1916.

              Robert Martin "Bob" Fink (December 29, 1935-September 8, 2016) was a prominent artist in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Raised in New York and eventually moving from Detroit to Saskatoon, Bob was a publisher, graphic artist, musicologist, and social activist, most notably winning a legal battle against the City of Saskatoon over the right to post flyers in public spaces around the city in 1986. Bob was an organizer of social justice events, owned a printing company, and published a monthly magazine titled Crosscurrents.
