    Consists of three items:

    • (1) 22x29cm hard cover duotang, 2cm thick. Cover is solid wood and fabric covered, with metal hinges and reinforcements on the spine; retention pins are screwed in. Contains tabbed, alphabetical dividers, on yellow, lined paper; the remainder of sheets are white. Pages comprise 1 membership register, 9 unused individual member records, and 26 dividers.
    • (2) Two red, painted gavels, with a copper handles and wooden heads. Handles are circular, 16 cm long and 1.5 cm in diameter; heads are ovoid and approximately 6x4x2.5cm in dimensions.
    • (3) One wood stamp, with a red handle. The stamp proper is 4cm in diameter.

    The duotang contains an unused pages Ku Klux Klan membership ledger; at least one page appears to have been torn out. The first page contains a summary membership register, while following pages contain more detailed, individual membership forms, divided alphabetically by tabbed dividers. Each individual form contains field for name, address, account and ‘klavern’ numbers, induction and expulsion information, dates of birth and death, and a ledger to track financial transactions.

    The imprint on the stamp reads: “Knights of the Ku Klux Klan • Invisible Empire” “Craik Klan No. 77 Craik, Sask.”
