A yearbook for the Alberta Normal School in Edmonton for 1941-1942. Contents include a history of normal schools in Alberta, a dedication (opposite a colourized mounted photograph of a mountain scene with a bridge over a river), a message from the principal, poems and writing samples from students, photographs of students, staff, and scenes from campus, inspirational messages, and write-ups on sports teams and other activities and clubs. The last 25 pages are advertisements for local businesses, complete with its own directory. "Berthold Figur" written on the front loose endpaper.

Accession consists of seven Normal School yearbooks. Six Edmonton Normal School yearbooks "Aurora" (1936-1937,1938-1939,1939-1940, 1940-1941, 1942-1943, 1944-1945 and Camrose Memories 1934-1935.

The accession includes one 1937-38 Edmonton Normal School Yearbook (Aurora), a Normal School Reunion booklet (1988) along with items pertaining to the September 1988 Normal School Reunion week-end encompassing a letter of invitation, program, UA campus guide, name tag, dinner reservations, tickets and parking pass.
