The handbook was issued exclusively under copyright for The Brunswick-Balke-Collender Co. of Canada, Limited, a company that manufactured various goods. The company had offices in Toronto, Montreal, Winnipeg, Vancouver, and Calgary. The handbook lists various total averages depending on the number of games played up to 90 games. The final pages of the handbook include blank team schedules for varying numbers of teams. The price of the handbook is listed as 75 cents.

A Christmas card from Cam Burke, the manager of the Alexandra Hotel in Calgary, Alberta. The Christmas card is titled “Presenting ‘Good Night Irene’ in 3 Acts Featuring Cam Burke.” When the card is unfolded to a half fold, the panel on the left side features Act I and depicts a grey composite image of the face of Cameron Burke over a cartoon image of someone driving a car in the country. Some of the lyrics of the song “Goodnight Irene” are written at the top of the panel. The Act II panel on the right side depicts a grey composite image of the face of Cameron Burke over a cartoon image of a person dressed in a suit driving a car in the city. The next line of lyrics from “Goodnight Irene” are written at the top of the panel. Once the card is fully unfolded there is a cartoon image of Cam Burke standing in front of the Alexandra Hotel and the text reads “Merry Christmas… Happy New Year” along with the final lyric from “Goodnight Irene.”
