This copy has a dedication bookplate printed on the front endpapers stating "This special copy was printed at the request of The East Cheshire Squadron for Roger Pocock whose ideals were the foundations of The Legion of Frontiersmen." No publication date is stated. It is accompanied by an envelope address to Capt. Charles Dudley in Berkshire, postdated 12 October [1905?].
