The radio companies who responded to Fields are Sparks Company CKWX in Vancouver, BC, Radio Biblioteca in Bogota, Columbia, Radio Station WHBL in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Sation KIEV in Glendale, California, Northwest Broadcasting System in Seattle, Washington, Maple Leaf Radio Co. in Hamilton, Ontario, Station KSCJ in Sioux City, Iowa, Station CHWK in Chilliwack, BC, and Station KGGF in Coffeyville, Kansas. All the letters are kept with their corresponding envelope. Nearly all the letters are reception verification letters for the respective stations.

An instruction booklet for the 27th Annual Camp of the Alpine Club of Canada, written by W.R. Tweedy, the Secretary-Treasurer of the club. The camp was scheduled for July 18 to August 1, 1932, at the Mt. Sir Donald Camp in Glacier National Park in the Selkirk Mountains. The instruction booklet includes rules and regulations regarding the objective of the camp, the date, the closest railway stations, transportation, baggage, outfits, camp location, climbs, expeditions, and campfires. There are also instructions about how someone can become a member of the Alpine Club of Canada. The booklet was printed by G.A. Roedde LTD in Vancouver, BC.

On the other side of the map are several colourful painting copies of locations in Canada, as well as information about notable stops along the railway line such as Canada’s national parks, resorts in the Canadian Rockies, and several cities like Victoria, Vancouver, Seattle, and Alaska. The map was lithographed in Canada by Ralph Clark Stone Ltd. Toronto. One painting was done by Belmore Browne, two were painted by L. Richmond, and two were painted by A.C. Leighton.

A souvenir menu for a Canadian Pacific Airlines flight for The Boy Scouts Association of Canada in July 1957. The flight route is listed as Vancouver, British Columbia to Edmonton, Alberta to London, England. On the cover of the menu is a colour photograph print of the Kicking Horse River. Inside the menu is an illustration of the globe with the Canadian Pacific Airline routes marked. The menu also includes a paragraph about the history and geographic details of Greenland. The menu listed for the flight consists of a Luncheon and a Jamboree Dinner. Throughout the menu pages, there are various signatures and handwritten notes. All of the names of the flight crew have also been written down.
