The flight route is listed as Vancouver, British Columbia to Edmonton, Alberta to London, England. On the cover of the menu is a colour photograph print of the Kicking Horse River. Inside the menu is an illustration of the globe with the Canadian Pacific Airline routes marked. The menu also includes a paragraph about the history and geographic details of Greenland. The menu listed for the flight consists of a Luncheon and a Jamboree Dinner. Throughout the menu pages, there are various signatures and handwritten notes. All of the names of the flight crew have also been written down.

The plan consists of a Master Title page which includes a Standard Key of Signs, a Key Plan page, and 10 detail sheets. On the cover of the plan, there is a note indicating that the plan was made by and is the property of the Underwriters’ Survey Bureau Limited. The copyright for the plan is registered in Ottawa. No copy number or issue recipient is listed. Each page of the detail sheets displays various streets and buildings in the city of Grande Prairie and the colour of each building indicates the type of construction material used for that particular building. This plan consists primarily of retail and urban centres.

Under each section are various markings of different costs. Near the end of the ledger are a few sections listing expenses for various years and income sources for 1961 and 1964.

A farm account book produced by Chester McFadden for his farm in Rivers, Manitoba for the year 1961. There is an index on the first page and the rest of the account book is divided into various sections which are written at the top of each page including Diesel, Lumber, Grain Sales, Stock Sales, Don, Bank, and many others. In each section, there are handwritten notes about purchases for each category or income for the farm. There are a few loose-leaf notes and papers placed between pages throughout the account book.

"Publication No. 335." Numerical data on the province of Manitoba with an agricultural focus. Topics include population, crop acreage destroyed by hail, numbers of animals on farms, beekeeping data, production statistics of specific crops, etc.

This printed account book was prepared in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Farm Management of the University of Manitoba and is organized into sections listed in an Index. The "Farm Expenses" and "Farm & Personal Receipts" sections are filled in with meticulous handwritten figures, calculations, notes, and dates. All other sections of the account book are left blank.

Laid-in is a newspaper article on the event from the "Saskatoon Star-Pheonix" dated Tuesday, May 9, 1961, that includes two photographs of attendees, a description of the centerpieces, and a summary of the speech delivered by Mayor S. L. Buckwold. On the verso is an article citing recommendations from the Dominion Experimental Farm at Indian Head on which fruits will be best to grow that year.
