Harwood, protesting the treatment he’s received from the Canadian Government regarding his military ranking (placed in H.S. ‘for use only if necessary’ file). Handwritten.

Harwood, outlining his grievance at having his rank of ‘Brevet Colonelcy’ taken away from him because of his appointment to the Permanent Force; quite descriptive of his career and titles earned. Typewritten.
