Clarke, and to his brother-in-law, C.A. Harwood, re: Steele’s treatment by the ‘Canadian Authorities’, ( letters marked by H.S. ‘for use only if necessary’); several copies of the May 4th letter to A.C. Harwood; a copy of a letter SBS wrote to Colonel Fortescue, Comptroller R NWMP with suggestions about the Police Force and the Canadian Military. Handwritten; Typewritten.
