History
Author, [19--]- . Darlene J. Comfort moved to Fort McMurray, Alberta in 1968. In addition to several articles, she has published three books on the history of Fort McMurray: Meeting Place of Many Waters: A History of Fort McMurray (1973-1974) Pass the McMurray Salt Please! (1975) and The Abasand Fiasco: The Rise and Fall of a Brave Pioneer Oil Sands Extraction Plant (1980). This collection was gathered as research for her publications.
